SmallRig 4308 Cage kit "Rhinoceros" for Sony A7R V / A7 IV / A7S III
A cage for Sony A7R V, A7 IV and A7S III that provides full access to the camera buttons and ports.
Mounting and stability
The cage is secured to the camera body using a mounting pin, a 1/4″-20 screw and an M2.5 screw. A three-point locking system prevents rotation and increases stability. A magnetic key is included for quick assembly and disassembly.
Accessory mounts
The cage features 1/4″-20 threaded holes, ARRI 3/8″-16 holes, cold shoes and a NATO rail. These points are used to attach accessories such as the SmallRig Top Handle 2165, Side Handle 2093, SmallRig Monitor Mount 2903, microphones and LED lights. For straps, there is a QD socket at the bottom and strap mounts on the sides and underside compatible with the SmallRig hand strap 3848 and shoulder strap 2428.
Plate and weight
An Arca-Swiss quick-release plate of the Arca type is integrated into the base. It is compatible with Arca-Swiss tripods and the DJI RS 2, RSC 2, RS 3, RS 3 Pro, RS 4, RS 4 Pro and RS 5 stabilisers. The cage weighs 180 g. An included HDMI cable clamp protects the port and stabilises the signal.
