SmallRig 2999 Camera Cage for Sony A7S III
A full cage for the Sony A7S III, die-cast to fit the camera body.
Mounting and stability
The camera is secured using a 1/4″-20 threaded screw and an M2.5 screw that fits into the strap hole. A built-in screwdriver is located at the bottom for tightening the camera screw. The cage features an integrated Arca Swiss plate for quick attachment to tripods.
Accessory mounts
For mounting equipment, the cage provides several 1/4″-20 and 3/8″-16 threaded holes as well as ARRI-style mounts to prevent accessories from rotating. There is an integrated NATO rail on the left side and a cold shoe mount on top. Threaded holes on the front are prepared for lens adapter 2219 or 1764. Strap mounts are available for use with wrist straps or neck straps.
The cage is made of aluminium, weighs 220 g and measures 145.5 x 106.5 x 64 mm (W x H x D).
