SmallRig 3669 Advanced Kit for Sony A7R V / A7 IV / A7S III / A7 V
The cage features 1/4″-20 threaded holes, ARRI 3/8″-16 mounting holes, cold shoes and NATO rails. These points allow for the attachment of equipment such as the SmallRig monitor mount 2294, monitor mount 2903, microphones and LED lamps. Mounts for hand straps are located on both sides of the cage. The split ring on the left side of the camera must be removed to use the side mount on the cage.
Handles and cable management
The top handle facilitates shooting at low angles. The side handle has silicone on the front for more stable two-handed use. An HDMI cable clamp is mounted on the left side using a 1/4″-20 screw and two mounting pins. The clamp secures cables with a thumb screw to protect the ports and cable connectors.
Technical details
The plate is of the Arca type. For quick assembly and disassembly, a magnetic screwdriver and hex key are built into the cage.
