A 7 inch directors monitor with 4K HDMI in and out, designed for image analysis and focus pulling.

Screen and image quality

The panel features a resolution of 1920 x 1200 pixels in a 16:10 aspect ratio with a brightness of 500 cd/m2. It has a 1200:1 contrast ratio and a 160° wide viewing angle. Colour reproduction follows the Rec.709 HD standard and is factory calibrated to display accurate colours without distortion.

Connectivity and image tools

The monitor is equipped with an HDMI input and an HDMI output, both supporting 4K. Functions are controlled via the touch screen. Image tools include waveform, RGB parade, vectorscope, RGB histogram, histogram, embedded audio, focus peaking, zoom, zebra, false colour, and safe frames. There is support for 3D LUT, allowing the use of built-in LOG to Rec.709 or the upload of .cube files, as well as options for anamorphic de-squeeze monitoring.

Power and mounting

The unit features an external install and power design that enables the use of a Sony F970 battery. Through a DC OUT 8 V auxiliary power output, you can power your camera. This requires a separate DC coupler via adapter for models such as Sony NP-FW50, Canon LP-E6, or Panasonic DMW-BLF19.
