A camera-mounted monitor featuring a 10.1″ screen with 2000 cd/m² brightness for visibility in daylight.

Screen and image quality

The IPS panel has a resolution of 1920 x 1200 pixels and a contrast ratio of 800:1. The 170° viewing angle allows multiple crew members to see the image without colour or contrast distortion. The screen supports REC709, DCIP3, and BT2020 colour gamuts. This is a touchscreen monitor where functions are controlled via taps and swipes, though it can also be operated via a scroll wheel. An integrated ambient light sensor automatically adjusts brightness based on the environment.

Connectivity and image tools

The monitor accepts SD, HD, and UHD 4K signals via the HDMI input and passes the signal through via the HDMI output. A headphone jack is provided for audio. Image tools include waveform, RGB parade, vectorscope, histogram, false colour, zebra, focus peaking, and zoom. Safe frames and anamorphic de-squeeze monitoring are also available. 3D LUT support includes built-in LOG profiles, and up to 50 custom .cube files can be loaded via the SD card slot.

Power and mounting

The rear features a dual L-series battery plate, where two NP-F970 batteries provide up to four hours of operation. Power is also supplied via a 12 VDC/3A DC input, and an 8 VDC DC output is available to power cameras or accessories. Mounting options include three 1/4″-20 threads and a removable mounting plate for external equipment. Three programmable shortcut buttons are located on the top edge.
