SmallRig 5864 T99 Triple-Proof (1.8m Drop-Resistant, IP54 Waterproof / Dustproof) V-Mount Battery

A V-mount battery and power bank designed to power mirrorless cameras, video cameras, cinema cameras, monitors, follow focus systems, video transmitters, LED lights, smartphones, tablets, and laptops. It provides 14.54 V with a capacity of 6800 mAh (98.872 Wh) and a cell capacity of 27 200 mAh (cell: 3 400 mAh × 8). The battery utilises LG cells and has a nominal total power output of 100 W.

Connections and charging

Power delivery is handled via one BP port, three D-Tap ports, two USB-C ports, and one USB-A port. The BP and D-Tap ports provide 16.8 V⎓6.8 A (nominal). Both USB-C ports support bidirectional PD3.0 fast charging up to 100 W (5 V⎓3 A, 9 V⎓3 A, 12 V⎓3 A, 15 V⎓3 A, 20 V⎓5 A), enabling a full charge in 2 hours. The USB-A port provides 5 V⎓3 A, 9 V⎓3 A, 12 V⎓2.5 A (max 30 W). A composite cooling system with graphene and thermal grease maintains efficiency during charging. The battery can be charged via BP, D-Tap, and USB-C, with a cutoff voltage of 11.2 V.

Durability and mounting

The housing is constructed from aluminium alloy, TPU, silicone, and PC, featuring an internal support structure for the cells. It is drop-resistant up to 1.8 m and IP54 rated against water and dust. Mounting options include 1/4″-20 and 3/8″-16 threaded holes, while a rear lamp assists with installation in low light. A BMS chip protects against overheating, overcurrent, overvoltage, short circuits, overcharging, and over-discharging.
