A camera-mounted 7″ monitor featuring an SDI connection and a brightness of 2200 nits.
The optically bonded glass includes an anti-reflective coating and offers a 160° viewing angle. An integrated light sensor detects ambient conditions and adjusts brightness automatically. The screen supports HDR monitoring and utilises the Rec.709 colour standard for accurate colour reproduction.
Imaging tools and control
Settings are managed via the touchscreen using swipe gestures or through physical buttons and a rotary wheel. Available imaging tools include waveform, vectorscope, histogram, focus assist, and monochrome mode. The monitor supports 3D LUT Log to Rec.709, and user-defined 3D LUT files can be uploaded. Audio is monitored via a stereo headphone output.
Power and mounting
The battery plate on the rear is for Sony F970. An external mounting and power supply kit for Sony F970 batteries allows for the attachment and powering of external gear such as wireless transmitters or LED lamps. The monitor provides a DC 8 V output to power a DSLR or mirrorless camera. For mounting, standard 1/4″ points are located on the bottom, left, and right sides.
