SmallRig 4608 V-Mount Battery Mini VB99 SE

A V-mount battery designed to power equipment such as the Canon R5C, Nikon Z8, MacBook Pro 16″, iPhone, as well as monitors and video lights. It has a capacity of 6800 mAh (99 Wh) with a voltage of 14.54 V.

Connections and charging

The battery features a USB-C port supporting 65 W bi-directional PD fast charging and can be fully recharged in 2.5 hours with a compatible charger. The USB-C port provides output at 5 V⎓3 A, 9 V⎓3 A, 12 V⎓3 A, 15 V⎓3 A and 20 V⎓3.25 A (max). In addition to USB-C, there is a USB-A port with output 5 V⎓3 A, 9 V⎓3 A and 12 V⎓2.5 A (max), D-Tap, BP connection, and DC outputs 8 V-OUT DC (max 3 A) and 12 V-OUT DC (max 3 A). The V-mount and D-Tap output provides 14.8 V / 10 A (max). For charging, a 16.8 V D-TAP charger or a USB-C charger such as a GaN charger with PD fast charging technology up to 65 W can be used. Discharge is 100 W and charging is 65 W. Threaded holes in 1/4″-20 and 3/8″-16 sizes are available for mounting on cages or tripods.

Monitoring and safety

An OLED screen displays battery level, voltage, power, and remaining usage time in real time. The casing is made of fireproof PC material that is heat-resistant and flame-retardant. An integrated battery management system (BMS) provides protection against over-current, short circuits, over-temperature, and over-voltage. The battery meets international standards including MSDS, UN38.3, IEC 62133, UL2054, and UL 62368.
