A cage for the Canon EOS R5 Mark II that protects the camera body and provides multiple mounting points for accessories.

Mounting and access

The camera is secured using a 1/4″-20 screw at the bottom and two side locating blocks. Integrated silicone pads prevent scratches on the camera body. The design ensures unobstructed access to the battery compartment, card slot, flip screen, dials, buttons, and interfaces. A magnetic tool is located at the bottom for easy assembly and disassembly.

Expansion options

The cage features several 1/4″-20 threaded holes and mounting holes for accessories such as monitor mounts, magic arms, L-plates, Manfrotto baseplates, and side handles. A cold shoe mount is available for attaching lighting and microphones. For straps, it includes a QD interface for quick-release shoulder straps, standard mounts for wrist straps, and a dedicated strap mount for sling carrying.

Tripods and stabilisers

The baseplate features an Arca-Swiss quick release for direct mounting on Arca-type tripods. It is also compatible with DJI RS 2, RSC 2, RS 3, RS 3 Pro, RS 4, RS 4 Pro, and RS 5 stabilisers. The cage weighs 158 g and comes with a tempered glass screen protector with 9H hardness and an IK03 impact rating.
