This L-shape mount plate is designed for the Canon EOS R5, R5C, R6 and R6 MKII.
The mount attaches via a 1/4″-20 screw at the bottom and two mounting pins. Rubber pads prevent scratches on the camera body, and a hinge arm at the battery door provides access to the battery while improving the grip. A stretchable side plate allows cables to pass through during vertical shooting.
Mounts and compatibility
Integrated Arca-Swiss quick-release plates are compatible with Arca-type tripods and DJI RS 2, RSC 2, RS 3, RS 3 Pro, RS 4, RS 4 Pro and RS 5 stabilisers. For vertical handheld photography, 1/4″-20 threaded holes at the bottom support side handles 2093 and 3847, as well as quick release plate 1280. Shoulder straps can be attached to the QD socket or the strap holes for hand straps 3848 and 2456. Accessories such as microphones can be mounted via 1/4″-20 threaded holes, suitable for the SmallRig Cold Shoe Mount 2736.
The plate weighs 120 g. A magnetic Allen key is included for assembly and disassembly.
