UV filter with a 112 mm thread for Nikon Z lenses and the Canon RF 100-300 F2.8L IS. It filters UV light from 365 nm and serves as a general protection filter to reduce dust, moisture, and damage to the front lens element.
The optical glass features 17 multi-coating layers and a double-sided anti-reflective coating, resulting in a light transmission of 99.3 %. A super-hard U-type Nano coating on both sides makes the surface resistant to water and oil, which facilitates cleaning and helps keep scratches away.
Construction and fit
The filter ring is made of brass and has a thickness of 3.5 mm. This ultra-thin design prevents vignetting even on wide-angle lenses. The filter is specifically designed for NIKKOR Z 14-24, 24-70, and 70-200 mm lenses when used with the HB-97 lens hood or a NiSi lens hood.
