NiSi Filter IRND Long Exposure Kit 100mm
A filter set featuring IRND filters in 100×100 mm size that reduce the amount of light entering the lens to enable longer shutter speeds and wider apertures. The filters are made of optical glass with a nano-coating and include an infrared protection layer that eliminates infrared light to maintain natural colours in the image.
Included filters and strengths
The set contains three different strengths for various lighting conditions. ND8 (3 stop / 0.9) is commonly used for waterfalls with shutter speeds between 0.5 and 2 seconds. ND64 (6 stop / 1.8) creates exposures of 1-2 minutes during sunsets for soft clouds and water. ND1000 (10 stop / 3.0) is used during the day and can extend exposure times up to 5 minutes.
