NiSi Filter UV SMC L395
A UV filter that filters UV light below 395 nm and protects the front lens element from dust and damage. The optical glass features a very flat surface for minimal reflection of 0.5 % and a light transmission of 98.3 %. To prevent reflections, a multi-layer anti-reflective coating is applied to both sides of the glass.
The outer surface treatment repels water and oil. All materials used in the filter meet EU RoHS environmental protection standards.
Construction and fit
The filter ring is ultra-thin at 3 mm to minimise vignetting on wide-angle lenses. A screw thread in the front part of the ring allows for the attachment of lens caps and other accessories.
