SmallRig 4977 HawkLock Quick Release Cage for Canon EOS R5 Mark II
A cage for the Canon EOS R5 Mark II that secures the camera using a 1/4″-20 screw at the bottom and two locating blocks on the sides. Integrated silicone pads prevent scratches on the camera body, and precision cut-outs provide unobstructed access to buttons, card slots, the screen, and the battery compartment.
Mounting and stability
The Arca-type baseplate is compatible with Arca-type tripod heads and DJI RS 2, RSC 2, RS 3, RS 3 Pro, RS 4, and RS 4 Pro stabilisers. The right side features dual horizontal 1/4″-20 threaded holes for stability during vertical shooting. A magnetic tool is integrated into the bottom for easy assembly and disassembly.
Expansion options
The top and sides are equipped with H21 NATO rails for the quick attachment of top handles, monitor mounts, and magic arms. The cage features a built-in HawkLock construction with a self-locking mechanism for fast and secure attachment. Multiple 1/4″-20 mounting holes are available for side handles, Manfrotto baseplates, and L-plates. Strap options include standard mounts, a sling mount for lens protection, and a QD interface for quick-release shoulder straps.
