A cage for the Canon EOS R5 Mark II that protects the camera body and provides multiple options for mounting accessories.
Mounting and access
The camera is secured via a 3-point locking system using a 1/4″-20 screw at the bottom and two side locating blocks. Integrated silicone pads prevent scratches on the camera body. The design ensures full access to all buttons and interfaces.
Expansion options
The cage features several 1/4″-20 and ARRI 3/8″-16 threaded holes for mounting side handles, magic arms, monitor mounts, and L-plates. The upper section includes ARRI mounting holes for top handles and monitor mounts, as well as a cold shoe for microphones and lighting. A magnetic tool is located at the bottom for assembly and disassembly.
The base plate is Arca-type and is compatible with Arca-type tripod heads and DJI RS 2, RSC 2, RS 3, RS 3 Pro, RS 4 and RS 4 Pro stabilisers. For carrying, there are strap slots for wrist straps, a strap mount for sling carrying, and a QD interface for quick-release shoulder straps.
