SmallRig 3233 Cage "Black Mamba" for Canon R5/R6 & R5C

This cage for Canon R5, R6 and R5C protects the camera body and provides multiple mounting points for accessories.

Mounting and access

The cage is secured using a 1/4″-20 screw and two positioning pins. Rubber pads prevent twisting and protect the camera. All camera controls remain fully accessible, and the design follows the contours of the grip.

Mounts and expansion

Multiple 1/4″-20 and 3/8″-16 threaded holes are available for mounting accessories such as side handle 2093, top handle 1984 or double ball head magic arm 2070. The top features an ARRI 3/8″-16 mounting hole for top handle 2165 and a cold shoe for microphones and lights. Strap mounts are included for models such as hand strap 2456, 2398 or neck strap 2428. A screwdriver is built into the bottom for easy disassembly.

Tripod and dimensions

An integrated Arca-Swiss plate is located at the bottom for quick mounting on tripods and gimbals DJI RS 2, RSC 2, RS 3 Pro and RS 4 Pro. It is not compatible with DJI RS 3, RS 4 or RS 4 mini as it may interfere with the gimbal axis arms. The cage is made of aluminium and PVC, measures 153.5 x 63.5 x 112 mm and weighs 160 g.
