A diffusion filter in 4×5.65″ format that smooths skin blemishes and tones while keeping eyes, hair and critical details sharp. It combines hundreds of precise nano-lenses with Black Mist technology to achieve a balance between detail and softness. The filter adds subtle halation and nostalgic warmth.
The cinema-quality optical glass features a double-sided low-reflection nano-coating. This coating minimises flare, reflections and ghosting, while providing water and oil resistant protection. The filter is designed for integration into matte boxes to allow fast changes on professional sets.
Unlike Black Mist, this filter provides a cleaner glow with sharper edges and a finer overall texture. It preserves true colours and natural contrast while reducing the digital sharpness of sensors. Available in 1/8, 1/4, 1/2 and 1 strengths. Includes a case.
