A shoulder bag from the Retrospective series designed to hold a standard DSLR body or mirrorless system along with lenses, such as a 17–40 mm f/4, and a tablet up to 9″.
The main compartment features a security flap with a zip that can be tucked away when not in use. For example, it can accommodate a Canon 5DMIV with a 50 mm f/1.8 attached, a 24–70 mm f/2.8, an iPad Mini, and an unattached 24–70 mm f/2.8, or a Sony a7RIII with a 24–70 mm f/4 attached, a 16–35 mm f/4, a 55 mm f/1.8, and an iPad Mini. A separate pocket is tailored for a tablet up to 9″ with dimensions of 23 x 16 x 2.5 cm. A zipped pocket is available for smaller items and valuables.
The shoulder strap is adjustable and includes a padded slip-guard. The bag is equipped with a carrying handle and a luggage handle.
Materials and weather protection
The exterior is made of sand-washed cotton canvas with a polyurethane coating and a water-repellent DWR treatment. Zips are abrasion-resistant YKK RC Fuse models and the fittings are antique-plated metal. The interior is lined with 210D silver-coloured nylon and 300D two-tone twill-ripstop, while the dividers consist of closed-cell foam and rigid PE boards.
