A backpack from the Retrospective series with a total volume of 20 L, designed to hold a DSLR body, a laptop up to 15″, and several lenses, such as a 70–200 mm f/2.8.
The main compartment provides 15 L of closed space with configurable dividers for camera gear or personal items. Equipment can be accessed either via a zippered security flap at the top or through a rear panel. A separate front pocket adds 5 L of extra storage and includes a dedicated compartment for a 15″ laptop.
Compartments and organisation
A tripod attachment is located on the side or front panel, and the bag features two foldable water bottle pockets. For smaller items, there is an organiser pocket and a zippered pocket for valuables. The backpack is compatible with Think Tank pouches.
Carrying system and materials
The harness is designed for comfort and is complemented by an adjustable chest strap and a removable waist belt. The exterior is made of sand-washed cotton canvas with polyurethane coating and DWR treatment. Zips are abrasion-resistant YKK RC, and the hardware is antique-plated metal. For additional protection in the rain, a seam-sealed rain cover is included.
The laptop compartment measures 25 x 36 x 2.5 cm. The backpack weighs 1800 g and is approved as carry-on luggage.
