NiSi Square Nano IRGND Medium
An IRGND graduated neutral density filter with a medium transition designed to balance bright and dark areas of an image, such as a bright sky against a darker foreground. The filter is densest at the edge and lightens gradually towards the centre, which is useful for subjects like mountains or buildings that break the horizon. It is recommended for use with normal focal lengths and wide-angle lenses.
Optics and coating
The filter is made of H-K9L optical glass and features a Nano coating on both sides that repels water and oil. The design is optimised for digital sensors to ensure clean blacks and neutrality between the visible and infrared spectrums. The coating prevents colour shifts and the filter does not affect the colouration of the image.
Usage and fit
The filter can be moved within the filter holder. The construction prevents vignetting and is high-resolution to maintain high detail.
