NiSi Black Mist Kit for Ricoh GR IIIx
A filter kit featuring a 1/4 strength Black Mist filter with a 49 mm diameter for the Ricoh GR IIIx. The filter creates a soft, pastel-like light where light sources receive a soft diffusion while shadows retain their hue and black levels. Contrast is reduced and wrinkles or blemishes are softened. An extra layer of black dots ensures that the loss of detail across the image is smaller compared to traditional diffusion filters.
Adapter and mounting
The lens adapter is mounted via a bayonet to the camera once the lens ring has been removed. It enables the use of 49 mm threaded circular filters and NiSi 49 mm filter holders. The filter can remain mounted whether the lens is retracted or extended. The filter ring is made of brass, making it easy to screw the filter on and off the lens.
