A baseplate for the Sony A6700 that attaches using a 1/4″-20 screw and a raised edge. Protective elements on the plate prevent twisting and scratches on the camera body.
Ergonomics and attachments
A hinge arm at the battery door follows the curve of the camera to provide space for the pinky finger. The bottom features a QD socket for QD shoulder straps and holes for waist straps, such as the SmallRig hand strap 3848. An integrated Arca-Swiss quick release plate on the underside supports tripods and DJI RS 2, RSC 2, RS 3, RS 3 Pro, RS 4, RS 4 Pro and RS 5 gimbals. It is also compatible with DJI RS 2 and RSC 2 quick release plates and the SmallRig Arca-Type Quick Release Plate 3154.
The baseplate weighs 62 g and uses the Arca plate type. It comes with a magnetic tool for assembly and disassembly.
