A macro arm for tripods that allows the camera to be positioned close to the subject without the tripod legs getting in the way.
The maximum height is 91 mm and the unit weighs 584 g or 613 g. It supports a maximum load of 3 kg. This unit has a width of 352 mm when the elevator is retracted, a depth of 147 mm and a base diameter of 44 mm.
The mechanism combines a geared elevator with an arm that can tilt 180 degrees, with +90° upwards and -90° downwards, as well as pan 360 degrees horizontally. The elevator can be adjusted over a range of 205 mm at any angle. By twisting the grip at the end of the arm, you lock or loosen both the tilt and rotation. Due to its specific shape, the elevator cannot be retracted completely straight when mounted on a tripod.
The camera mount is a UNC1/4 thread. The tripod mounting hole is compatible with both UNC1/4 and UNC3/8. An end cap for counterweights is located on the back of the elevator and can be removed.
