SmallRig 6705 Mount Plate for Sony Alpha 7R VI
A mount plate for the Sony Alpha 7R VI designed to protect the camera bottom from impacts and scratches. The plate attaches via a 1/4″-20 screw and includes protective pads to prevent twisting. It weighs 81 g and measures 132.8 x 65.8 x 15.2 mm.
Mounting and compatibility
The integrated Arca-Swiss quick release plate is compatible with Arca-type tripods and DJI gimbals including RS 2, RSC 2, RS 3, RS 3 Pro, RS 4, RS 4 Pro and RS 5. A hinged arm at the battery compartment provides ergonomic support for the pinky finger. A magnetic hex key is built into the plate for assembly and disassembly.
Accessory attachments
The bottom features several 1/4″-20 threaded holes for accessories such as wireless grips. For straps, it includes a QD socket for quick-release straps and a dedicated hole for wrist straps. The plate is constructed from aluminium, stainless steel and silicone.
