A monitor support for 5 and 7 inch monitors that attaches to ARRI 3/8″-16 holes on accessories such as cages, top plates and handles.
The mount can tilt 180° and swivel 360°. The tilt axis is tightened with a slider to suit different weights, while the panning axis is adjusted using an Allen key. Spring-loaded locating pins and silicone pads on the top secure devices like the Ninja V/V+ against twisting. On the bottom, 1/4″-20 threaded holes allow for the attachment of accessories such as magic arms. The thumbscrews feature Allen key holes to simplify assembly and disassembly.
Durability is tested so that the tilt load capacity decreases by no more than 20% after 10,000 tilts. The maximum load weight is 2.5 kg, though at a 90° tilt the mount supports up to 4.2 kg. At a 45° tilt, the capacity is under 2.5 kg, and at a 30° tilt, it is under 2.3 kg. The support is made of aluminium and stainless steel and weighs 80 g.
