A cage for Sony Alpha 1 II and Alpha 9 III that protects the camera body and provides mounting points for accessories.

Mounting and grip

The camera is secured using a three-point locking design consisting of two 1/4″-20 screws on the bottom and right side, and an M4 locating pin at the base. Built-in pads prevent scratches on the camera body. A hinged door at the battery compartment provides additional support for the little finger.

Mounting interfaces and plate

The cage features 1/4″-20 threaded holes, ARRI 3/8″-16 mounting holes, and a HawkLock NATO rail for attaching top or side handles. A cold shoe is available for devices such as the DJI MIC II and LED video lights. The bottom includes a 1/4″-20 threaded hole for stationary tripods or DJI RS Mini quick release plates. The integrated Arca-Swiss quick release plate is compatible with Arca-type tripods and gimbals including DJI RS 2, RSC 2, RS 3, RS 3 Pro, and RS 4 Pro.

Strap attachments and weight

Shoulder straps can be attached via a QD socket, while wrist straps and other straps use the strap slots on both sides and the bottom. A magnetic wrench is included at the bottom for assembly and disassembly. The cage weighs 166.5 g.
