This cage kit is designed for the Atomos Shinobi II and Shinobi GO to provide robust protection for both the monitor body and the screen.
Mounting points and attachments
An integrated NATO rail allows for the quick attachment of accessories using NATO clamps. For securing magic arms, the cage features ARRI locating holes and 1/4″-20 threaded holes. A built-in cold shoe mount is available for attaching wireless microphones or video transmission units. Holes on the top and bottom are provided for mounting shoulder straps.
Cable management and screen protection
An included cable clamp secures HDMI and USB-C cables to protect the interfaces and ensure stable data transmission. This clamp can be installed directly on the monitor or mounted to the cage. For monitoring in bright environments, a sunhood is included, and the screen is protected from scratches by a tempered glass screen protector.
