A rig for the Blackmagic Design Cinema 6K that can be used as either a full or half cage.
The camera is secured via a three-point locking system using two 1/4″-20 screws on the bottom and one 1/4″-20 screw on top. Integrated silicone pads prevent scratches on the camera body. The battery compartment, card slots, camera interfaces, and the folding screen remain fully accessible.
Mounts and accessories
Mounting options for accessories include 1/4″-20 and 3/8″-16 threaded holes, ARRI mounting holes, NATO rail, cold shoe mounts, and QD mounts. An ARRI-type top handle and a rotating NATO side handle are included for handling at various angles. The kit also features a baseplate with dual 15 mm carbon fibre rods, allowing for the attachment of accessories such as the SmallRig matte box 3556, follow focus 3918, and battery plate 2991.
A lens adapter support protects the camera mount and is compatible with Sigma MC-31 and Sigma MC-21. To prevent signal loss and protect the ports, HDMI and USB-C cable clamps are included. An SSD mount with a built-in cold shoe fits Samsung T5 and T7 drives.
The complete kit weighs 1074 g. Two M5 screws are included.
