A battery mount for V-Mount batteries compatible with mirrorless and DSLR cameras with a thickness under 111 mm, such as Sony Alpha 7R V, Alpha 7 IV, Alpha 7S III, Alpha 7C, FX3, FX30, Canon EOS R5C, R5, R6, R6 Mark II, R7, R10, R, RP, and Panasonic LUMIX S1H, S1R, S1, S5, S5 II, GH6, and GH5.
Mounting and attachments
The base plate is adjustable without tools and features an integrated Arca-type mount for SmallRig cages with an Arca-Swiss plate. The underside includes 1/4″-20 and 3/8″-16 holes for attaching other quick release plates. Additional 1/4″-20 threaded holes allow for the attachment of a SmallRig Mounting Clamp for portable powerbanks 2336.
Design and capacity
The mount features a rotatable design with damping to facilitate screen use. The V-Mount plate is foldable for more compact storage. The maximum load capacity is 5 kg. An aluminium alloy backplate is included and can replace the plastic plate on the rear of other V-Mount batteries.
