This mount combines a silicone suction cup with strong magnets for use on flat iron surfaces such as doors, railings and sports equipment.
Mounting and connections
Equipment is attached via a 1/4″-20 screw for mounting action cameras, monitors, LED lights or microphones. Built-in rubberised pins support accessories such as SmallRig 3084, 3083, 4088 and 4119 to prevent equipment rotation. A metal dual-ball head magic arm allows for 360° angle adjustment.
Features and limitations
The base is made of silicone to protect vehicle paint and the arm is constructed from lightweight aluminium alloy. The magnets withstand a load of up to 28 kg, while the load capacity in dynamic scenes on a flat road up to 120 km/h is 0.35 kg. The product is designed for temperatures between -20 °C and 60 °C. It must not be used on glass, carbon fibre, painted surfaces, marble, wallpaper, unpainted wood or rough surfaces, and is not intended for surfing, skiing, phone clamps, selfie sticks or prolonged contact with water or rain. A safety cable is not included and is recommended for high-speed use.
