SmallRig 4411 Matte Box with Adjustable Clamp and VND Kit
A matte box designed for mirrorless lenses with an outer diameter up to 88 mm and cinema lenses with an outer diameter up to 85 mm.
The 3-Point Locking Clamp secures the unit at three points and features an adjustment range between 67 and 82 mm. A modular design allows accessories to be mounted or disassembled in three steps.
Filters and light control
The VND filter provides a stepless adjustment range from 2 to 5 stops. A hard stop function prevents the occurrence of an X-pattern in the image. The filters are made of HD 22-Layer Coated Glass with 22 layers of double-sided coating for colour reproduction within the 350-700 nm wavelength range. Magnetic mounting is used for the CPL and VND filters.
Compatibility and protection
The construction ensures use without vignetting at focal lengths ≥16 mm for full-frame cameras and lenses. It is not compatible with 4×4″ filters. A dustproof cap and a lens cover are included to protect the equipment.
