SmallRig 4204 RA-BD08 Barndoors 8-leaf
Eight-leaf barndoors for lights with a Bowens mount. Each leaf can be adjusted independently and rotated 360°. Axis damping ensures the leaves move smoothly and remain in the desired position.
Light shaping and compatibility
The Bowens mount ring adapter is compatible with all Bowens mount lights on the market and 95% of available 18 cm standard reflectors. Longer and wider leaves effectively cut the beam to prevent light spill. The product weighs 1275 g.
Accessories and construction
A colour gel frame with four magnets allows for the quick installation of filters of various materials and thicknesses. By spreading four leaves 180°, an RGB lighting effect can be achieved using only the colour gel while preventing light spill. An included 30-degree honeycomb grid reduces beam spread. The grid is high-temperature-resistant and anti-rust, while the metal leaves feature a black matte paint. A non-slip sponge cover protects fingers during handling.
