A battery mounting system for V-Mount batteries compatible with mirrorless and DSLR cameras with a thickness under 111 mm, such as Sony Alpha 7R V, Alpha 7 IV, Alpha 7S III, Alpha 7C, FX3, FX30, A7, A7S, Canon EOS R5 C, R5, R6, R6 Mark II, R7, R10, R, RP, Panasonic LUMIX S1H, S1R, S1, S5, S5 II, GH6, GH5, and Nikon Z8.

Mounting and adjustment

The baseplate length can be adjusted to fit different camera sizes without the use of tools. The battery plate is rotatable by 90 degrees and features damping to prevent the device from falling, ensuring space for tilting screens. The system can be folded for increased portability.

Attachments and compatibility

The battery plate is equipped with 1/4″-20 threaded holes and a V-Mount plate. An included Arca-Swiss quick release plate allows the system to be used directly with cages that have an integrated Arca-type plate and DJI RS series gimbals. The baseplate is Arca-type for quick switching between handheld use and tripods. For additional power solutions, the SmallRig NP-F Battery Adapter Plate Professional Edition 3168 and Holder for Portable Power Banks 2336 can be attached separately.
