A full cage for the Canon EOS R7, designed to follow the contours of the camera body to provide comprehensive protection.
Mounting and access
The camera is secured via a three-point locking system using a 1/4″-20 screw at the bottom and side lock adapters on both sides. Silicone pads are included to prevent scratches on the camera body. Precision cutouts ensure full access to all settings, functions, ports and the battery compartment.
Mounting points and accessories
The cage features 1/4″-20 threaded holes and ARRI 3/8″-16 mounting holes for accessories such as side handles, top handles, magic arms, monitor mounts, Power Bank Holder 2336 and Rod Clamp 3598 mm. Integrated NATO rails are available for side handles, while cold shoe mounts on the top and side are used for microphones and LED lights. For straps, the cage includes strap slots and a QD socket on the bottom.
An Arca-Swiss quick release plate is built into the base, supporting Arca-type tripods and DJI RS 2, RSC 2, RS 3, RS 3 Pro, RS 4, RS 4 Pro and RS 5 series stabilisers. A magnetic double-ended wrench for assembly and disassembly is included.
