An ultralight 4 litre sling bag from the Outdoor series designed for adventure gear and usable as a complementary accessory to Outdoor backpacks.

The main pocket and front pocket are equipped with weather-resistant #5 UltraZips. The front pocket includes an elastic key holder, and there is a padded pocket with a magnetic closure for a phone. The internal back panel features three stretchy mesh pockets for small items such as batteries, cards, keys and glasses, which is fewer than the eight pockets found in the 7L model. This bag is not suitable for carrying cameras and has a fixed volume design, unlike the expandable main compartment of the 7L model.

Carrying system and materials

The padded shoulder strap is quick-adjusting, allowing the bag to be worn across the body, on the waist or chest. The strap can be removed or reversed using glass-reinforced nylon Cord Hook Cam Lock hardware. A low-profile nylon buckle allows for one-handed use, and strap ends can be tucked into the back panel. The bag can be converted into a chest-mounted equipment pouch compatible with Outdoor backpacks. It does not include the tool loops with cord hooks found on the 7L model.

The exterior consists of abrasion-resistant and weather-resistant Terra Shell 210D ripstop made from 100 % recycled nylon. Weather protection is reinforced by a PFAS-free water-repellent coating, internal PU treatment and #5 UltraZip. The product is Fair Trade certified and 100 % carbon neutral.

External dimensions are 310 x 175 x 50 mm (W x H x D) and internal dimensions are 305 mm in width, 170 mm in height and 45 mm in depth. The weight is 185 g. It comes with a Cord Hook Stabilizer Strap for stability during cycling or active use.
