Peak Design Outdoor Backpack 45L
An outdoor series backpack with a 45 L volume. It is designed for day adventures with significant gear or light overnight use and can be configured for anything from a single camera and lens to a complete professional creative setup.
A large rear panel with a weather-resistant UltraZip provides easy access to the main compartment. Inside, there is a zipped pocket for essentials and a hydration sleeve with a bladder attachment loop that also functions as a laptop sleeve for devices up to 16″.
Harness and comfort
The harness system features padded, vest-like straps that distribute weight across the body and include mesh pockets with attachment points for the Capture Clip. For balance and support, the bag uses load-lifter straps, dual chest straps, and a removable padded hip belt with a mesh pocket and slide pocket. An internal spring steel frame provides back and lumbar support, while the back panels feature a central airflow channel.
Materials and protection
The outer fabric consists of Terra Shell 210D ripstop nylon, which is 100% recycled, PFAS-free, and Bluesign approved. The bottom and front feature a TPU coating for increased durability. The bag is functionally weather-resistant and can be made fully waterproof with an optional rain fly.
