NiSi Filter IRND1000 Pro Nano Huc
An IRND filter with a strength of ND1000 (10 stops) that evenly reduces the amount of light passing through the lens. It is used when there is high contrast between highlights and shadows for better exposure, or to create motion blur using long shutter speeds and wide apertures.
Optics and coating
The Japanese optical glass features a double-sided, multi-layer anti-reflection coating to minimise reflections. An IR layer eliminates infrared light to maintain natural colours and reduce colour cast. The surface is treated with a super-hard U-type Nano coating, making the filter resistant to water and oil and easy to clean. The filter ring is made of matte black brass and is ultra-thin with a thickness of 3.5 mm.
- 10 stop light reduction (ND1000)
