A mobile backup kit featuring a 2 TB portable SSD and a CFexpress 4.0 Type B card reader. The system is based on a 2-bay docking station supporting transfer speeds of 10 Gb/s, allowing for fast offloading of high-resolution photos, 4K/8K video, and other large files.
Battery power and connectivity
The removable 5000 mAh battery provides up to 4.5 hours of operation. The integrated USB-C port is used to recharge the battery and can also charge other devices. For backups from smartphones or other hardware, there are two additional 10 Gb/s USB-C ports. The unit is compatible with Windows 10/11, macOS 11 or later, and USB-C phones.
Construction and management
The aluminium body is scratch-resistant and provides improved heat dissipation. Files are managed via a phone, computer, or the Lexar app. The docking station can be customised with other readers in the Professional Workflow series, such as variants for SD or CFexpress Type A.
