Laowa 11mm f/4.5 FF RL
An 11 mm ultra-wide-angle lens with an f/4.5 aperture for full-frame mirrorless cameras. It features a rectilinear optical design that reduces distortion and preserves straight lines.
Optics and image quality
The construction of the Laowa 11mm f/4.5 FF RL consists of 14 elements in 10 groups. Two aspherical elements and three extra-low dispersion elements reduce chromatic aberration. The lens delivers sharpness from the centre to the edges and provides a 126° angle of view.
Aperture and focus
The aperture has 5 blades, creating 10-point sunstars. Focus and aperture are adjusted manually. The minimum focusing distance is 19 cm and the maximum magnification is 1:10.
Construction and dimensions
The housing is made of metal and measures 63.5 mm in length and 58 mm in diameter. The weight is 254 g. A 62 mm filter thread is integrated for screw-in filters, and there is also support for 100 mm square filters via a separate frame.
