Kowa BDII-XD WA
A binocular with a 32 mm objective lens diameter and wide-angle optics that allow you to locate subjects faster than with most other binoculars. The optics utilise two XD lenses in each objective.
Optics and image quality
Roof prisms are combined with Phase Coating, KR Coating, FMC, and C3 coating for optimised light transmission. The minimum focusing distance is 1.3 m for the 32 mm models and 1.8 m for the 42 mm models. The image is characterised by high contrast and natural colours across various lighting conditions.
Handling and adjustment
Twist-Up eyecups ensure comfort even for users wearing glasses. The interpupillary distance is 57-76 mm.
Construction and durability
The chassis is constructed from magnesium alloy and clad in a rubber layer for a secure grip. The binocular is fully waterproof and nitrogen-filled to prevent fogging during rapid temperature changes. KR coating on the lenses repels dirt.
