SmallRig 5536 Adapter Plate for NP-F Type Batteries (Supports UPS)
An adapter plate for NP-F series batteries, including NP-F550, 570, 750, 770, 950 and 970, which powers equipment via USB-C, D-Tap and DC 5521. The plate accommodates one or two batteries and can be mounted using a V-mount plate or via 1/4″-20 threaded holes on the bottom. It weighs 148 g.
Power supply and charging
The USB-C port supports up to 36 W input, allowing the plate to function as a charging station. An intelligent control chip optimises charging and discharging by prioritising batteries based on their charge levels. When two batteries are used, a hot-swap function enables battery replacement without powering down connected devices for an uninterrupted power supply (UPS).
Control and indication
An independent power switch activates the outputs with a single press, while a long press of 2 seconds disables all connected devices. Battery status is shown via independent LED indicators for each channel. The ports are positioned to avoid interfering with camera functions or the use of a top handle.
