A 4 L sling bag from the Outdoor series for adventure gear, which can also be used as a chest-mounted equipment pouch with Outdoor backpacks. This bag is not suitable for carrying cameras, unlike the 7 L model which fits an X-Small Camera Cube, and it has a fixed volume whereas the 7 L model features an expandable main compartment.

Compartments and organisation

The main compartment and the front zipped pocket with an elastic key leash are equipped with UltraZips. A padded drop pocket with a magnetic closure is included for phones. The internal back panel contains three stretchy mesh pockets for small items such as batteries, cards, glasses and keys, which is fewer than the 8 pockets found in the 7 L model.

Carrying system and materials

The padded shoulder strap is quick-adjusting and can be worn across the body, on the waist or chest. The strap attaches with glass-reinforced nylon hardware, and strap ends tuck into the back panel. Unlike the 7 L model, this version does not include cord hooks. The exterior consists of 100% recycled 210D ripstop nylon that is abrasion-resistant and weather-resistant. A PFAS-free water-repellent coating, internal PU treatment and UltraZip fasteners provide protection against the elements. The bag is Fair Trade certified and carbon neutral.

External dimensions are 310 x 175 x 50 mm (W x H x D) and internal dimensions are 305 x 170 x 45 mm. The weight is 185 g. It comes with a Cord Hook Stabilizer Strap for stability during cycling.
