SmallRig 4984 X-Touch Smart Triple-Proof V-Mount Battery X99

A V-mount battery designed to power mirrorless cameras, video cameras, monitors, wireless transmitters, and LED video lights. It has a capacity of 6800 mAh (99 Wh) with a voltage of 14.54 V, while the total battery capacity is 27200 mAh (Cell: 3400 mAh x 8). The battery can be fully charged in approximately two hours via USB-C with PD3.0 support up to 100 W.

Ports and Control

Eight ports with independent circuits allow multiple devices to be charged simultaneously. Outputs include one BP port, two D-Tap ports, two USB-C ports with 100 W PD fast charging (5 V⎓3 A, 9 V⎓3 A, 12 V⎓3 A, 15 V⎓3 A, 20 V⎓5 A; 100 W Max), one USB-A port, one 8 V DC port, and one 12 V DC port. The BP and D-Tap ports support 16.8 V (max) and 6.8 A. A 2.0-inch HD colour touchscreen with an anti-glare surface displays port status and allows for output control. A dedicated mobile app enables battery level monitoring, port management, location tracking, and OTA updates.

Construction and Protection

The housing is made of fireproof PC, ABS, and aluminium alloy with an IP54 rating against dust and water splashes, weighing 880 ± 10 g including the charging cable. Protection features include a drop-resistant shell for falls up to 1.5 m, eight silicone-protected corners, four reinforced edges, and metal side panels. For mounting, it includes 1/4″ and 3/8″ threaded holes and a backlight indicator for installation in low light. An integrated BMS control chip protects against short circuits, over- and under-voltage, over-current, over-charging, and overheating.
