SmallRig 2646 Cage for Panasonic GH5, GH5 II & GH5S

A full cage for Panasonic GH5, GH5 II and GH5S, form-fitted to protect the camera body and provide multiple mounting points for accessories.

Mounting and stability

The cage is secured using a 1/4″-20 screw and further locked with M2.5 threads on both sides to prevent twisting. The ring attachments on the sides of the camera must be removed before mounting. A flat head screwdriver for the camera screw is built into the bottom of the cage.

Accessory mounts

For equipment mounting, the cage features several 1/4″-20, 3/8″-16 and ARRI 3/8″-16 threads. An integrated cold shoe for microphones and lights is located on top, while the left side includes a NATO rail for NATO handle 2187. A 1/4″-20 threaded hole in the front bottom is designed for attaching 15 mm Rod 915 for follow focus. Strap mounts are available on both sides for carrying straps.

The cage is compatible with HDMI cable clamp 1822 and the DMW-XLR1 helmet kit 2367 HTS2367, which is sold separately. Accessories such as top handle 2165, side handle 2093 and monitor mount 2348 can be attached to the threads.
