This aluminium cage is designed for the Sony A6600 and provides a secure platform for mounting accessories such as monitors, microphones, lights and handles.
Mounting and attachments
The cage is secured to the bottom of the camera using a 1/4″-20 screw and an M2.5 screw to prevent rotation. Two integrated cold shoe mounts are located on the top and the left side for attaching microphones and lights. For adding accessories like the SmallRig Top Handle 2165 or monitor mounts 2294 and 2348, the cage features multiple 1/4″-20, 3/8″-16 and Arri 3/8″-16 mounting holes. The base includes a built-in flat screwdriver, and strap slots are available on both sides. The unit measures 138 x 55.5 x 84.5 mm (W x H x D) and weighs 139 g.
