A handheld shock absorber for action cameras such as DJI Osmo Pocket 4, DJI Osmo Pocket 3, GoPro HERO13 Black, Insta360 X5, Insta360 X4 and Insta360 X3.
The equipment mounts via a 1/4″-20 thread. It is compatible with cameras featuring a 1/4″-20 threaded hole in the base, phone holders with the same thread, and cameras in a cage such as GoPro HERO12 Black, HERO11 Black, HERO10 Black, HERO9 Black and DJI Osmo Action 5 Pro.
Damping and payload
The shock absorber uses a combination of a high-rebound spring and a hydraulic damping system to reduce vertical vibrations during handheld filming. Damping strength is adjusted via a knob to suit different shooting conditions and device weights. The maximum payload is 600 g.
