This lithium-ion battery replaces LP-E6P and LP-E6NH original batteries and is compatible with Canon EOS R5 Mark II, R6 Mark III, R7, R6 Mark II, R5, R6, R5C, R as well as EOS 5D Mark II, 5D Mark III, 5D Mark IV, 5DS, 5DSR, 6D, 6D Mark II, 7D, 7D Mark II, 60D, 60Da, 70D, 80D, 90D, XC10 and XC15. The voltage is 7.2 V with a nominal capacity of 2520 mAh and nominal energy of 18.144 Wh, while the cell nominal capacity is 2600 mAh.
Charging and indication
The battery charges directly via a USB-C port and takes approximately 2.5 hours to reach full charge at 5 V/2 A. The charging limit voltage is 8.4 V. Five LED indicators show the power level in real time and provide a visual warning when the battery is low. A fully decoded chip ensures the battery level is displayed in the camera without system warnings.
Construction and protection
The casing is made of flame-retardant ABS+PC with a matte surface and the dimensions are 56.8 × 38.4 × 21.0 mm. Integrated safety systems and high-quality cells provide stable voltage and current output. The battery weighs 85 g.
