A carbon fibre tripod for video production that utilises a Rapid System for one-step height adjustment.
The maximum height is 1530 mm without the head, and the minimum height is 210 mm without the mid-level spreader. Folded, the tripod measures 750 mm. The legs support a maximum load weight of 25 kg.
Construction and legs
The carbon fibre legs have a diameter of 40 mm and are divided into 3 sections. Height is adjusted by pulling an ergonomic flip-lock on each leg. The leg angle can be locked in three positions, 22°, 50° and 78°, via a semi-automatic knob. The base features spike feet compatible with the SIRUI DT-06 Tripod Dolly, and rubber feet are included for use on flat ground.
Mount and stability
The head mount is a 75 mm bowl. A mid-level spreader stabilises the entire system and can be adjusted in length via locking knobs. A carrying handle with a built-in 4 mm Allen key is used for transport and for adjusting the camera tightness on the quick release plate.
SVH15 Video Head
The SVH15 video head features a counterbalance system that balances cameras from 4 kg to 15 kg. Panning is 360° and tilt ranges from -70° to +90°. Equipment is mounted via side loading, which provides a 30 mm forward and backward adjustment range.
