A cage for the Panasonic Lumix GH7 and GH6 that protects the camera body and provides multiple mounting points for accessories.

Mounting and access

The cage is secured to the camera using a 1/4″-20 screw and two M2.5 screws on the sides. Built-in protective spacers prevent the camera from being scratched. The design ensures full access to buttons, dials, interfaces, and the battery door.

Mounts and compatibility

For mounting accessories such as monitors, LED lights, and microphones, the cage features threaded 1/4″-20 holes, ARRI 3/8″-16 holes, and HawkLock mounts. These support the SmallRig top handle 3765, side handle 2093, and monitor mount 2903. Strap mounts on the sides and bottom allow for accessories like the hand strap 2456, and a QD socket on the bottom supports the SmallRig QD shoulder strap.

The base features a HawkLock Arca-Swiss quick release plate of the Arca type. This plate is compatible with DJI RS 2, RSC 2, RS 3, RS 3 Pro, RS 4, and RS 4 Pro. An integrated magnetic tool is included to simplify assembly and disassembly. The cage weighs 192.5 g.
