A cage for the Fujifilm X-E4 designed to provide mounting points for accessories and improve grip during professional video recording.
Mounting and access
The cage attaches to the bottom of the camera using a 1/4″-20 screw and features anti-twist edges at the front to prevent rotation. All buttons, ports, and the battery door remain accessible. An integrated Arca Swiss plate at the base allows for quick mounting onto Arca-compatible tripods.
Accessory mounts
Multiple built-in 1/4″-20 threaded holes support the SmallRig Top Handle 2756, Monitor Mount 2904, and Cold Shoe Mount 2879. An upper ARRI 3/8″-16 mounting hole is compatible with the SmallRig ARRI Top Handle 2165 and Monitor Mount 2903. A built-in cold shoe on the left side allows for the attachment of a microphone or LED light. The SmallRig HDMI cable clamp 1693 is available separately to protect the HDMI port, though it cannot be used simultaneously with a side handle.
Constructed from aluminium and wood, the cage measures 136 x 90 x 53 mm (W x H x D) and weighs 120 g. A flat screwdriver is included for fastening the camera screw and can be stored in the bottom of the cage.
